Through London Liverpool Street
Louise’s work utilises repeat pattern and colour, often documenting the everyday, particularly daily habits and routines that become second nature to us. With a keen interest in fashion, she is starting to work more with translating her illustrations into textiles and surface design. Her current project focuses on the experiences of commuting around London Liverpool Street station, mapping the journey and bringing a human perspective to the business district. The repeat pattern is displayed as a reimagined train seat moquette, encouraging people to sit down and experience the journey as a commuter.
